You may or may not know that we are on the road again, back to the Grand Canyon and Page, Arizona. This is Kas’ tenth time to the Grand Canyon and my seventh. Why are we coming here again? After all, we were just here a couple of months ago with Rebecca and her friend.  Normally, we wouldn’t return so soon. But, this visit is extra special,  it is all about our charity endeavor, WorldPix.

We are taking a four day work-holiday with the founders – Paul Lynch and Ryan Plakonouris (and their spouses). We hope to spend time planning for progress and growth of the charity while enjoying some of the best scenery on earth. In addition, they “commissioned” us to be their guides for the weekend.

So far, it is a success! We did a sunset and sunrise shoot and got some very nice results.

We arrived at Yavapi Point well before sunrise and well before anyone else. At least we got the prime shooting position!

Fast becoming my favorite time to shoot, even before the famed golden hour. The coloring just didn't look real.
